I recentlybecame a vassal and got a village as 'reward'.
But I cannot figure out how to build the improvements because after some time the resources needed just reset, so I have to start all over again...

Do I have to bring all resources in a set amount fo time or otherwise they will go to waste?

Also, are there any improvements I can do besides tower, walls and the automatic church improvement that comes with more villagers?

EDIT: even though I Defend my vilage and villagers the condition of the village is still 'wretchetly' poor after several weeks :/
