Cant build village buildings (no, I did not build them all)
I own Azgad and the first time I went to the village elder he asked iff I wanted to build a manor, I said no, but now I cant build any buildings including the manor.

got the same problem and solved it. You need to look above the construction table, then action dialog will pop out
