Do colonies ever become cities?
Do colonies ever become self sufficient and become cities?

They do become self sufficient yet always stay a colony.

When do they reach this point? My colony has 100 citizens and I find myself still having to deliver food to keep them alive. Thanks for the quick reply btw.

U have to build some farms, in rank2 buildings
