well, there might be halloween skins, but i doubt that.
Also, i won't pay another 5.99$ for another pass which lasts only for 1 month

the pass will last 3 months or maybe more. You, see valve is using CSGO pass system in TF2 now, so it is almost certain that there will be new passes with a duraction of >= 3 months
and there will be new skins, party made by the community and it will cost around the same price

Why else do you think Valve would add all the new values like Merceny grade or exterior descriptions like well-worn to TF2 which are even avaiable as filter in your steam backpack, if they are all just for a few items from on single 3 month long event? I hope there will be skins for different weapons not just stock since everybody already has a festi, botkiller or australium version of them.

yeah, my guess is that the next pass is after christmas. In csgo they also come twice a year but last 6 months.

Honestly i think they should have thanksgiving chirstmas and halloween skinned weapons

my expreience: just like in csgo there will be more coins with different cases and skins bcuz valve. I bought it on 2 different accounts and made a very good profit with it bcuz of valve.
So if its good for you and for valve too, they will probably milk you again...

well they are good skins and valve haven't made anything better than teh Aqua marine in my opinion and some sniper rifles whit good skins (but if they added meele weapons whit skins i think they would have made a lot of money on that)
