UPDATE: After I entered Underworld 93 and passed by the guard, inside the conversations functioned normally, with only highlightend texts, where i have the Attrib/Skill for...
We'll add conversation options to the following discussion with Sam to address this point.

Thanks for the note about the drones. It's a pesky problem, but I think we just cracked it. If you're version says 0.644-BETA, you should be good to go. Thanks for the note, and enjoy your drones.
I'm also incapable of asking the Yakuza bookie about Hotoda, whether I know all about her from the memos and voicemail or pressure him for information first.
There may be a problem with the detect jack-out. I will try to find a fix asap.
I will investigate the conversation prerequisite for Hotoda information.

UPDATE: Figuered out, that I have to use the Limo to get in Teatzel Building.. A bit confusing to put a Trigger on the map and the only way to get in, is to take the car... also I´d seen some NPC who are only numbered.. the dwarf at the Tail & Ale Bar + the 3 guys in front of New Horizons for example.
UPDATE: When I´m inside the Teatzel scene, there is no collision script for my teammates. They ran through the big coumpound in the middle of the scene to follow me. Also there is a Basilisk, who followed me without reason and takes NPC rounds, which makes me unable to move a short time.
(Sorry for my english, I´m german ;) )
And onto the crazy Nebel thing. Somewhere in the ether there is the other end of that story. And, really, we should have both ends in before enabling the start. I will flick the switch and make this happen less frequently, but I hope we'll find the other end and plug it in soon. Thanks so much for the post!
@Aaric, Is the Limo interactable? You might be able to head back to the Penthouse and go from there... Once some of the other devs wake up, we'll hopefully get you better advice and/or figure out the source of your non-progression bug!

Inside the Teatzel Building, when I released the 2 Basilisks, they just popped up in front of my team instead to take a path. Also the follow paths of my teammates are a bit confused, taken long distances or get stucked. The whole scene also is laggy. Also when I will disable the security scanners and have no Rigger with me, there is no chance to leave combat mode.
And I miss a conversation with Hernandez, when i free him from jail.. btw. is it normal, that floor 1 + 2 has no interior furnishings?
