I accidentaly clicked on learned all recipes while trying to unbug my character, is there a way to get back to only the recipes i knew before? I have a backup save from a few hours before it.

I have fiddled a bit and found that player.db has a bunch of "make ..." stuff by using a hex editor, surely theres a way to somehow copy pasta the previous player.db to the new one but i cant figure it out.
