NASA huh?
National Aeronautics and Space Administration? Didn't realize they would be the one's in charge of ruling over Prison Colonies...

I would think some like National Space Crime and Safety. (NSCS) Or...
International Colony Crime Administration (ICCA) None of these two are real, just suggestions/ideas.

Just saying. I don't think NASA would be in charge of ruling over Prison colonies.

I honestly think he chose NASA because it is the only major space program around today, and it has established logos and all. I'd use NASA simply because the less retexturing work needed, the better.
