Just a random question
I was wondering if when you make a skin, you have to get it by normal means, or if you get it just because you made it. I'm pretty sure that you have to get it normally but I thought I would ask.

@overide So coming from the dota workshop, i have had stuff accepted in the past. They gave me my own skins with the title, "Self Made". I'm assuming CS GO would be the same.
