Overclocking really helps in csgo
I tested with 5 runs each

My settings are all set to high with shader on very high, no AA, AF is at 16x
FXAA, motionblur and vsync off. at 1080p
I have a 3570k and a gtx 980ti

Youre right, i got the i5 6600 (4x3,3ghz non-K)
I overclocked it with older Bios Version (google non-K overclocking) up to 4,25 Ghz

I got 370 Fps with 3,3 GHZ
and 470 fps with 4,25 ghz

- Same Settings (4:3 stetched 1280x960 ), GPU R9 390

PS: FPS Varies from update to update
