minimum FPS?
Can you also display the minimum FPS reached? If the framerate is normally well above 120 and drops down to 30 when you see a flashbang, it'd still count as ~100fps average in the stats.

if you have 60hz display, maximum fps on display what can you see is 60.
if you have 120hz display, maximum fps on display what can you see is 120.

FPS aren't Hertz. Watch this video where 3kliksphilip explains it to newbies like you:

FPS is how many frames are generated by your GPU per second. Hertz are how many times your monitor refreshs your FPS.

You can actually see the "Current FPS (Lowest FPS - Highest FPS)" in the top left corner.
Can't make it display after the test in the console though, also you have to keep an eye on it, because it **** up on the round restart.

! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Thats the Hz
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats the FPS
To explain to everyone about hz vs fps Hope i helped
Hz takes the last frame and sends it to the screen. So the higher fps the better. If this is it:
! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Hz
! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! Fps
the one at the top is gonna look smoothest because the frames are closer to the refresh.
