+fires rockets which leave a trail of gun powder for 30 seconds
+Alt-fire ignite gunpowder on fire and damage anyone around it, uses 1 rocket worth of ammo

- 50% smaller clip size
- Each rocket must be reloaded individually (Each rocket needs its own reload/animation)

My first stat reccomendation, hopefully it doesn't suck!

Fireball Style rocket, Iginition on contact, 50% damage penalty, 25% reduced clip size, 25% faster projectile

Less damage because it looks like a medevil rocket launcher. But due to experimental stuff it has fire damage and an increased blast radius. But it might have less ammo (either per clip or in reserve.

Well, if it's really going to look like a medieval launcher, then it should work like a medieval launcher. It should fire one shot at a time with a delayed rate of fire, but with a faster reload time, projectiles that fall in a distinct arch, and an amazing blast radius, which would cause more burn damage than knockback. I'm thinking mainly for the DeGroot Keep map, and how giving an already explosive soldier the ability to rocket-jump over the level's main wall would be OP overkill, so you could give it fire damage to make up for the reduced knockback. Maybe it could act like an old-fashioned ground-to-ground mortar?

-75% Magazine Size
-15% Firing Speed
-75% Knockback
+25% Reload Rate
+50% Blast Radius
Projectile falls in an arch.
On hit targets take 5-8 second fire damage.

Also, the projectiles should be on fire whenever you shoot them. Because that's just cool.
