1hp heal per hit, critial chance of minor overheal if hp full so a spray and pray heals panic wep for noobs. but should also remove or dilute 50% p**s and milk mini crit attacks as a bonus. So can be sprayed around team mates in groups but with fast switch like pyro wep. otherwise when used on enemy hits between hitting team mates it reduces their overheal to 0 only. but if not used on a frendly within 2 sec will act like a normal wep 1hp+ attack + critical chance something.
