The community doesn't like unfair stats, and usually they complain about some weapons being overpowered or too weak, so often making stats can be a hard task.
There's been a lot of recommended stats, but Valve usually doesn't take made-up stats, and often makes their own.
So, making a discussion about the weapon's stats are usually completely useless, so please just stop with these discussions.
I'll be completely happy if this had the same stats as the default Syringe gun.
