special stats
i think it shoul have a unique stat like the crosbows heal on hit.
my idea is:
on hit enemy glows for eight secinds and glow is visable to all players even through walls
-10% firring speed
-10% reload speed
-30% damage
+20% acuracy

also maybe the time that enemeys glow could be one second per 10% of uber
