try "admincheat summon Dodo_Character_BP_ARMY_C". Make sure you have enabled cheats first if you are on a server. :)

Here is the right cheat for spawn a alpha dodo with specificat Level:

Cheat SpawnDino "Blueprint'/Game/Mods/DodoArmy/Dodo/Dodo_Character_BP_Army.Dodo_Character_BP_Army'" 3 3 3 12

the last number (12) is the dino level
