Would it be possible to get your mod files before cooking?
I was planning for awhile to add something sort of similar to my custom server. (Wanted to make another species of large dodo with some different stats and not just an alpha.) I imagine you had to edit the model to get the scaling and saddle to work, and I didn't want to reinvent the wheel.

NVM, I see the new thread on Unreal about how to make a large, rideable dodo. XD
