What program is used to apply the drawing on the skin?

Im using photoshop and I have to individually open up each part to put it in, is this using something different where I wouldnt have to do that? It would be so much easier

You can use any 3D painting program. Photoshop has a 3D painter built in as well but i prefer 3D Coat or Mari
