Need Update save location for "Water Source" after loaded a game

Can only terraform to a point. Then nothing.

Can't add new water source

I can't add new water source. I can adjust sea level and remove existing water source but I can't add a new one. Anyone else have the same problem?

Yes, I have the same problem. I can adjust the level of existing sources, but they all show 1.0 for the water capacity. Raising the level in a lake definitely caused new water to appear, so it’s not completely broken.
