Soil Limitation Missing

I can't find this mentioned anywhere, but with this mod installed I don't have the soil storage limitation. Is there a way to turn on this feature or will I have to remove this mod?

Same, issue. Looks like removing mod is only way. I like having expenses to manage, the cost to buy more fill dirt is awesome, its a "Dirty" shame that this mod doesn't support disabling of unlimited soil.
