im guessing that its a refrence to the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series. they look like creatures called bloodsuckers, while the heavy is a stalker

Im pretty sure its just regular scout models with the old one head on it, then everything was painted over. If the models for the scouts do exist, then im wrong and they are pretty impressive, but I am sure they are just painted over shirtless/nude scouts with the head.
