Resolution Scale: under the M in custom, or all the way up (you may be able to adjust this depending on your pc)
World Tile Buffers - High
View Distance - Medium to epic
Anti-Aliasing - High
Post Processing - Low
General Shadows - Medium
Terrain Shadows - Medium
Textures - Medium to epic
Sky Quality is all the way off ( it is unnesesary)
Ground Clutter Density: Slider under the D in Ground
Ground Clutter Distance: Under the D in Ground
For the following check boxes starting with (High Quality Anisotropic Filtering) and Ending in (Low Quality Level Streaming)
The first 4 are Unchecked
Next 1 is Checked
Next 1 is Unchecked
Next 4 are Checked
Next 3 are Unchecked
Next 1 is Checked
Next 1 is Unchecked
Last 2 are Checked
Mesh Level of Detail: I have mine all the way up, but you could probably slide it down a bit, just not all the way down.
Client Network Bandwidth: set this depending on your personal internet speed.
Apply changes, then Save.
Now exit ark and restart the game.
Once back in game it should be fixed, at this point you can alter your settings accordingly for your what your computer can handle.

Hopefully there is a fix to this.
