How to enable Tribute Downloads / Dino download?
We running a private server with Valhalla as map, but we are not able to turn on the download option in the Obelisk even the settings are saved in the .INI file

Our GameUserSettings.ini has the following lines:

NoTributeDownloads=False
PreventDownloadSurvivors=False
PreventDownloadItems=False
PreventDownloadDinos=False

Is there something we missing here?
