I was also talking about normal dinos and I cant even see anything on foot, let alone on a dino lol
While Valhalla is my favorite map of all, the recent forest and flora changes have made my gameplay overall a bit less enjoyable. It's still the best map overall, and I remember people complaining about bare patches, but as a fan of the mod I feel like it went from one extreme to the other.
Of course, we need to adapt to the flora changes first. I got lost on my mountain several times since they put a forest there, but that's the fun of it! One thing I hate about the Island, besides it being too small for more than 10 players active, is that there is no real forest. Only the swamp is really dense there.
>.< how on earth are giant creature in dense forests realistic? I can see them fitting into the redwoods and the snow trees but they spawn and are all over. They do not break down the trees they just lie in wait, hidden.
its so hard now to find alphas because all you see are trees...
you cant farm well with quetz/anky on the hills because of the trees...
it makes nonsense for me to fly on a hill to scout with a spyglas because of the new trees...
iam very happy about your patches on valhalla but the "new trees on the hills" are absolutly nonsense in my opinion.
