Flickering textures

I recently have an issue with textures flickering, like its going from medium to low all the time. The ground is kinda moving around it's hard to explain. It often looks like I'm slightly through the floor too. Any suggestions/setting changes? Thanks for reading.

If you play on medium settings, make sure you have set
Anti-Aliasing - Epic
Textures - Medium
And checked on "High quality materials"
Make sure after you've done the changes restart the game and try again.
