Specifically, there is no game API (ModAPI) for loading a player blueprint.
The correct way, would be an API to load a specific named blueprint from either a playerId or SteamId, then it would be accessible in game from the server.
It's really out of our hands.
The only thing you can do is post requests on the Keen forums or suggestion site for this feature to be implemented.
There are lots of other things that the Keen devs will honestly consider more of a priority then adding this 'feature'.
