Go to http://ark.gamepedia.com/Incubation For a complete list of what tempuratures are optimal for which eggs you are trying to Hatch.
Remember, if the Egg likes COLD, you need HyperThermal Insulation. If the egg likes HOT, you need HypoThermal Insulation.
Currently there is no chart to show exactly how much HypoThermal or HyperThermal Insulation you need for a specific tempurature threshold. The more you have then the better off you are.
Note: Due to not having the Air Conditioner Available in Prim+, It is EASIER to just build your Hatchery someplace super cold, and add lots of heat sources (BonFires are Best), as this would satisfy ALL ranges of 'Heat'.
