PP+ and Other mods

I cant seem to make this work with other mods. i want the waggons mod, medievel mod and orc mod to work with PP+ is it even compatible ?

if i use another mod along side PP+ all engrams disapear, but i can collect clay and stuff.
Any help would be ideal, thanks.

We are not able to use PP with other mods at this time.

or u need to use the unristricted version of the mod, but this wont get Official
