Wild dino levels

Is there any way to get the wild dinos level 150 with this mod active? I have my dificulty set to 1 in the config file, and can see wild dinos at 150 without it running, but as soon as I enable this the dinos max out at 120. Both times I have wiped all wild dinos so I could see fresh spawns.

Difficulty 1 only provides wild dinos to 120 - the 150 dinos are probably a byproduct of another mod like Akushima.

Sorry, but this was done with no mods whatsoever except for the survival+, survival unlimited, and vanilla. Dificulty 1 was changed a while back to allow up to 150.
