I am not sure how to give an ip but I found three official Primitive Plus servers in the official ARK server list.

I am really confused about how all this works but you might need to download the conversion first to see them?
There are three official servers listed. They are named Official Primitive Plus 1, Official Primitive Plus 2, Official Primitive Plus 3.

There is a box over on the lower right hand corner of the screen when you bring up the ARK screen. I have three conversions on my computer now. I am not sure how I got them though. LOL

Maybe someone who actually knows how this all works will help better than me.

You first need to subscribe to this mod, once it has downloaded and installed you will have the option of joining TC Primitive plus Servers.
There are about 35 unoffical and 3 official Servers. Either read the ads here or join one with the adjustments you prefer. The official ones are with the same rates as ARK officials. So if you prefer higher XP/Gather etc. then join an unofficial
