Engrams messed up.
On my server the engrams have been messed up. We have all the Ark engrams (non primitive ones as well) while at the same time we are missing some engrams and a handful do not let you learn them.

Is this an issue with prim+ or is there some fix I can use to solve the issue?

I noticed this as well, after Bridges mod was applied. After removing the Bridges mod, and restarting the server, (most of) the non primitive engrams were removed. I don't recall if metal pipes were part of primitive, but they were still there. But no metal walls, etc.
