How to make knives undroppable

Hi, first of all thanks for uploading this.
Im running a TTT server, I uploaded and modded these knives but there's one thing i can't apparently change: I dont want these knives to be dropped by anyone.
I also changed SWEP.allowdrop to 0 but nothing. Can u help me?

I just solved: AllowDrop was only clientside, hope ull fix it and thanks again
