Features Request for my new Project
Thanks for the great first feedback for my first Terrain if published. The next Terrain will be located in Norwegen and covers a big Area with Mountainsides, Valleys, Woods and a River.

You are free to report request of features you want to see on this new 64km² Terrain.

More importantly though; For my Events Group (www.EUTW.net then RCSE is a closed group within) I am informed we would need the terrain available on a "widget" if possible? I am not the tech man i just write missions and do breifings. but I have sent you a freind request if this isnt clear enough and needs further discussion.

I will ask my tech guy to give me an explanation and ill post it here. In mean time;
- In your Promo Vid you showcase a few things not curerntly in the map: Sky Scraper and Larger castle for eg. Are these included in a future version? The sky scraper is my main interest as will make for some great SWAT/Terrorist mission campaign.

These thinks are courrently on the Map. But you will ned the All in Arma Terrain Pack, witch included these files from ARMA2. Otherwise my fault, because i dident named this in the required addons cfg, so you just can start the map, but not with arma2 objects.

Ahhhhh... OK i will try with AiA TP. Just the regular version right? Not lite?

Also is there no way to just have the ones you used kept inside your map files? Ive seen that done in a different terrain i think. WOuld just save communities from mine from having to add the considerably large AiA TP. [ref; Mogadishu terrain i think i saw he had textures specific to his map kept in local files]

Lastly ref my widget comment; Its not Widget but Wget - a linux command prompt that auto downloads and uploads your map to our server everytime u update. And my request would be if you could possibly upload your new version to dropbox in tandem with steam. (UNfortunately the standard Armholic and Mega dont work with Wget)

Of course there is everytime an pro/contra conservation about mod requirements. AiA ist just not in developemt anymore. The new mappack will be called community upgrade project, and this will also the requirements for future project. Why? Example, 3 Maps i Build with 3x pbo´s including all files will befast as big as AiA or CUP ( Community Upgrade Project ) and every time there will be changes, i need to update all files, and you have to download all 3 Maps with all changes new, so there is only 1 referenz to all other needed files.

Your your other request, you can still report bugs within this forum. In Order how much an Bugs or gamebreaking Stuff will report i will release fixes. More complex ground textures are not planed right know, this will come to use in my new project.

makes perfect sense. didnt see it that way before! And yes my group will be using CUP Terrains very soon so that will work fine then. Its already in RC state so great news.

If you are abe to load your version to a filehoster like DropBox in tandem with Steam so as to enable the auto updating of servers using Wget it would be amazing. Please let me know if/when you do so and we can start using it. And like i said i will share and credit you in missions made.
