what level is the dino when it is hatched? is it randomized or gains levels as it grows to adulthood? is this what aceofspades was explaining with the difficulty level?

sorry if this has been answered but have read through the how it works and couldnt find it

Edit: My difficulty setting is 1, so that means x4, what levels will the hatched dinos range from?
