Are installling the mod for singleplayer/non-dedicated multiplayer or a dedicated multiplayer server?

for multi player, it doesnt show up as a mod in single or multi player

I try adding the Mod ID to my server, and when my game loads, I check my engrams and don't see any nest engrams. Am I doing something wrong?

my server is a dedicated multiplayer server

here is quik guide to install mods i will add making commandline for local servers later today its the top comment in my notepad this method can be adapted to all server types for example a local server u would just add the files directly instead of ftp client
