Maybe these stats

Function like the hunstman except:
heatshots stun the players between 1 to 5 seconds depending how long you charge it.
+15% faster charge speed
+25% reload speed
+15% secondary ammo
Cons: cant lit projectile for extra damage
-25% damage
-15% projectile speed
