I KEEP on crashing when i installed this everytime

Normal, I tested it but I updated it, I remove the sleeping(s) SNPCs.

yeah still on crashing, i disable my addons but it wont work

Re-install it, are you sure you ahve VJbase, or it may crash your game if you have Fallout SNPCs (reupload or from Silverlan).

does others VJbase snpcs have something to do with the crashing
or just regular snpc

Not the VJbase, not my SNPCs, because a lot of my friends subscribes to my addons, and they don't crash when they start the game. So check your addons/crashlogs.

i try everyting, i delete the addons, i disable them , BUT I KEEP ON CRASHING, i think its something to do with the models or the lua?

No, because my friends and some people who subscribe to this addon, don't crashes.

when i subscribe to it,its downloading then in 3 seconds, i crash and restart steam

Go to your addons folder
Then search my addon, and delete it.
