I have tried every damn thing I can think of to make the low wooden fence tops to stack... on anything, anything at all, but they won't. Low wooden fence tops don't stack on low wooden fences, don't stack on low wooden fences on top of the fence foundations, won't stack on top of each other, won't stack on top of each other on top of the fence foundations. I am at the point of yelling at the computer loud enough for the neighbors to hear! There really isn't any good instruction in the mod description, either.
