Greenhouse Glass not giving effect

3 players on my server, including myself, have built greenhouses 100% out of the Glassmetal greenhouse glass, fully encased, no missing parts, only 3x6 foundations large. None of our crop plots inside the greenhouses get the 300% greenhouse effect, they are all at 0%. Anyone know why or have a fix?
