Issues with new update?
I shutdown server, updated the mod, loaded back in and everything that was previously made of glass is now gone.

Sounds like a bad install of the mod to me. You may need to reinstall the mod, and roll back to just before the bad update.

i also updated the mod and everything built of glassmetal is now gone and i cant learn it again

lots of people are having this issue. No response from author either.. think he retired after submitting to Mod contest.
