Big Problem .-.
The addon really doesn't work for me, it never restarts the round or is able to use chat commands ex: !mode !restart
I've tried reinstalling the addon through workshop and your allied gamers post
(If it makes any difference i have the speedrun.nut file installed too)

not enable it yet maybe, or other addon like "Admin System" compete with it

if u wanna use Admin system with Speedrunner tools, well you can exec in console by typing "script_execute vs_st_speedrun" because Admin system and Speedrunner tools conflict...
Or try to remove some addons except Speedrunner tools, and !restart might works

ST files have prefix "vs_", they can't conflict with your file
