An idea for your mod: since districts are not used to simply mark one city or a district but to for example make a part of a city's commercial areas business or entertainment, this renders the "use by district" function a little useless - unless every building has a list which districts it should service (instread of it simply serving the district it is sitting in). Do you think that is possible to realize?
