If you look at the screenshots, there's an image of a hat combo with a bandage of sort, and all of those items are already ingame stuff. Just browse through the hats already available for a headband or something and find a white paint can to replicate the look.

Y'know, it took like 5 years but they finally added bandages to the cosmetics so this whole style conversation is nill lmao:DSTskull:
