That is the link to the Nexus site's download for the Skyrim Script Extender.
Here is Steam's native Skyrim Script Extender(SKSE) and it works without Nexus or any 3rd party software. https://steamhost.cn/app/365720

I launch Skyrim from the SKSE in my Library, but I'm not sure if even have to.
