Located in Pelagia Farms, this 5 story mansion is exquisite in every sense of the word!
Complete with a grain mill, horse stables, two workshops (one indoor and one outdoor), trophy hall with countless weapon racks and over a dozen manequins to display your armor, and, most awesomely so, a personal store! This incredibly hand-built estate is laced with luxurious decor in every corner of every room, and immediately earns its presence in Tamriel as one of the most beautiful properties in Skyrim!

To find Whiterun Manor simply fast travel to Pelagia Farms and look to your right. Can't miss it!

is it a mod or is it a thing you find because if it was available without mod I would definitly go for it, well as a mod too it would be amazing because i like the idea of a big spaced house with all the commodities a dragonborn would ever need :3

It's a mod. But it's a super tiny file and very safe/functional with no lag.
