make it bleed when hitting enemy (breaks so it looses bleeding effect) hit on teamate heals them
then make it like 20% damage penalty or something
That looks good but with explode is liberate a liquide in adeversary (like jarate)

+On hit: Do a slight amount of knockback
+Crit rate is 15% by default and scales up to 60% at 800 damage dealt
Determines hits on the projectile hitbox
-Can only hit enemies at point-blank range
-Always has max bullet spread
-Fires once every 0.8 seconds
-Cannot tauntkill

On first hit, burns target for 10 secs. WOAH. OAO
Any other hits bleed target for 2 secs.
That good :D But with a damage penality..because it too powerfull XD

I'd feel like it'd be something like this -

On First Hit: ACID Effect - Enemy bleeds for 10 seconds, dealing 200-500 damage (based on where you hit them. Leg = 200, Head = 500). Afterwards, the bottle breaks, so it cannot deal the ACID effect anymore.

On Subsequent Hits: Deal 200% damage to enemies.

The first attack only does 20 damage on-hit, so it is VITAL that you hit the enemy somewhere that'll kill them (By burning through their body and melting everything inside, of course.)

All hits have a -15% damage penalty
If the medic misses, it'll hit him in the side and deal 300 damage over 10 seconds.

The medic may also right-click on their mouse to throw the bottle at an enemy or on the ground.

If thrown at an enemy - Deals normal damage depending on where they are hit.
If thrown at the ground - Creates a patch of acid and glass. Enemies take 50 damage per second. The medic may also be damaged by this acid, so be careful!

The medic must then wait for 30-60 seconds to get a new bottle of face meltin', flesh burnin', red/blue ooze.

+Covers enemy players with acid causes them to lose -5 health (duration 12 seconds)
+Causes Mini Crits on burning enemies
+Reveals cloaked enemy spies on hit
-Causes bleeding to self when glass breaks
+Recharges faster after use

Basically like a mad milk Jarate weapon for Medic good for spy checking.

My stats

+ : apply poison on hit. poison slowly does a large amount of damage
+ : heal teammate on hit and give them a invincibility sheild for 1 second
- : 25% chance to break on each hit, if bottle breaks, applies bleed on teammates instead.

On first hit causes jarate effect on you and target for 3 seconds
-15 damage penalty
+15 firing speed
Douse teamates on fire within radius of glass breaking
When broke deal 15 damage to self
When broken deal 2 seconds of bleed damage to target
Must refill substance at spawn.
No random crits

On first hit: marks the enemy for death and makes him 20% slower for 20 seconds, after the first hit, the bottle breaks and delas -25% damage and makes the enemy bleed for 3 seconds on hit.
I have an idea. On first hit: Applies Jarate to both the enemy and to the Medic himself, then the vial breaks and the Medic can no longer apply Jarate to enemies. 20% damage penalty.

I think it should be a vial of the same stuff in the Crusadet's Crossbow
+First hit fully heals teammates
+First hit damages enemies up to half of their remaining hp
+First hit creates a cloud (much like the gas passer) that heals teammates at 25 hp a second and damages enemies for 15 hp a second
-15% damage penalty
-20% slower firing speed on first hit (liquid is heavy)
Bumping the cabinet will only regen 50% of the bar
Regens in 45 seconds
All healing effects apply to Medic

The Caustic Concoction

First hit will cause a explosion that will poison all enemies for 10 seconds and heal 50 HP of all allies in radius, but has no effect on you. Poison will ignore damage resistances and can be cured by a Medkit or a Medi-gun.
-20% deploy speed

When broken:
+20% deploy speed
+20% attack speed
On hit: Bleed for 5 seconds
-55% damage penalty
Weapon "regenerates" after 30 seconds. Can regenerate faster when a ammo pack or medkit is picked up
