Poison will 100% kill the target if they cannot reach a medic or health pack on time (Basically bleed on steroids)

The +damage when broken is not really fair. They can just break the bottle on a wall a few times and be ready to go.
+marks target for death + target cant be healed by medics/ Healthpacks / dispensers

Poisons/bleeds targets in an area around you
If you miss, "drop" the bottle and hit yourself with the poison
Post Use:
+5% Damage (Is added to the previously -15% to go up to -10% total, equaling ~58 Damage. Which is between stock and Amputator.)
PS, I still feel this is a bit too strong, so maybe remove the post use and keep it at a flat 15%? It would be ~55 Damage then which is just a bit more than the Amputator.

Pros:
Causes any one of these random effects:
30% chance of Jarate
50% chance of Poison *you move slower and take 2 points of damage a second for 10 seconds*
5% chance of Faulty Super Serum *Hightened speed, Damage Resistance and Damage Dealing for 10 seconds, after the effects of the Serum, -50% health*
20% chance of Radiation *Like Poison but anyone around the foe suffers as well and 6 points of damage a second for 10 seconds*
5% chance of Cyanide *Instant death to the foe*
Netural:
Can toss *M2, removes Radiation, Cyanide, and Super Serum from the effects list when thrown, changing the chances to 50/50*
While Broken, it can cause bleed to any it hits
Cons:
Upon tossing, you cannot select it until you reach a resupply closet
-50% damage penalty while broken.
+40 damage when broke
Breaks randomly breaks after 3 swings at an enemy. No poison.
Why not? Poison is cool.
