Report a translation problem
If you want confirmation as to what the problem is, post the client's log when you joined the server and it didn't work.
The fix for download corruption (on your client):
If you're not sub'd to the mod, sub, wait for steam to update workshop, then unsub, wait for steam to update workshop (if this part doesn't happen, exit the game).
Then go to <Steam>\SteamApps\workshop\content\244850 and search for 514062285 (this mod's workshop id from the link), if you find a folder that has some leftover stuff in it, delete those leftovers.
Now you can rejoin your server and it'll download it fresh, or re-sub and it'll also download it.
