Where is the damn spell
Where exactly is it located (playing on SE on console btw)

For now the spell tome is on the table in Ysolda's House in Whiterun. Or the barkeep at the Bannered Mare has it, but I'll leave getting it off of her up to you.

It isn't for special edition it is only for normal skyrim

its not on the table at ysoldas house. but the description said it might be in dragons reach.

it is on the table in ysoldas house, you just need to save outside her house, check inside, if its there, great you got it. if its not, then exit skyrim and re-load skyrim and try again.
