So we want the building tool to be available to all the players since it requires resources to build the items on the tool, but for some reason you can only use it if you are an admin and have Build Cheat enabled on the admin power panel. How would I go into the Sandbox file and change it where normal users can use it aswell. I see that on the code the mod is listed as powerlevelrequire=1 should I change it to 0?
