I think that this should be the equivalent to a jeep, fast, many bullets, medium damage (enough to not be OP but leave a mark), fast firing speed, but there should be a recoil and low accuracy as well as use up the bullets like a heavy eating sandviches :steamhappy:

sounds good but should be -50 bullets because it would be to hard to keep running back and forth reloading on bullets and should probaly have a small speed boost

damage increases the less ammo you have (or should it be health?)
at 30 ammo (or health) will start to mini-crit

i think that that this is a teriffic stats compound. this compund is simply a spray n' pray. the only stat that could make this better is a -10% accuracy penalty and a small speed boost.

Positives:

3 bullets per 1 ammo used (idk what it is norm, but probs just 1 bullet per shot)

Silent(ER) barrel spin

-25% firerate time at first, but it increases over time while spinning (max is +50% firerate)

Negatives:
+25% spinup time
A small recoil
It takes longer to stop firing, depending on how long you've been spinning the barrel.

Example: the barrel reaches it's max speed while spinning, (you've been firing for about 4 seconds, the barrel takes 4 seconds to slow down and let you switch weps or move at norm speed.)

The idea is that the Cerberus is a weapon that is best for defending hallways or other areas. While using this weapon, think of heavy as a sentry. No one is going to be able to get past it if he's built up his max firerate. The Heavy is not meant for moving around with this weapon, and while it doesn't decrease his speed while the barrel is spinning, it takes longer for the barrel to stop spinning. And the silent(ER) spinnup is to trick foolish enemies into walking into your field of view. It's better to wait at intersections and suprise people who don't hear your minigun spinning. Or you could just sit on the point with a pocket medic and mow anyone down if they come try and take the point. You could also do the same on the payload, where you just ride it to victory and hope you don't get sniped, backstabbed, or knocked off the payload. Anyway, that's it for now. Lata losers :^)

my idea: once you spin it, only 1 barrel will spin, less firing speed by then. but the more you shoot or spin it, another barrel will spin, and the same thing for the third barrel, each barrel spun up will increase the shooting speed, the DPS would be high as ♥♥♥♥, so the damage should be VERY nerfed, i'd say 20% if not less/more, and the barrels must be heavy, so you should have less speed(not when spinning up, EVERYTIME.), and the ammo should remain the same. this is balanced enough.

I got an idea

+35% Damage Bonus
Cost an additional 2 ammo when firing
35% Slower Deploy Speed
+20 Health
+30% Holster Speed
You are Marked for Death for 5 seconds after deploying

If you don't agree, I'm fine with that
